I am the Chief Executive Officer of the company, responsible for defining the company’s vision, strategic direction, and long-term growth. I lead the development of innovative climate modules and advanced building climate solutions, with a strong focus on energy efficiency, reliability, and sustainable technologies for modern buildings.

I hold a Master of Science in Engineering degree and have gained over 10 years of international living and working experience in different countries, including Estonia, Finland, Germany, and Japan. This international journey has provided me with valuable insight into diverse engineering cultures, business environments, and innovation practices, while allowing me to build extensive experience across different industrial sectors.

Throughout my career, I have developed expertise in climate systems, medical technology, laser systems, manufacturing, and precision engineering. My professional experience includes new product development, engineering management, 3D CAD design, technical innovation, and leading complex projects from initial concept to successful implementation.

My background in medical devices and laser technologies has strengthened my understanding of high-precision engineering, strict quality requirements, and advanced product development processes. Combined with my experience in ventilation and climate solutions, I bring a multidisciplinary approach to creating reliable, efficient, and future-oriented systems for modern buildings.

As CEO, my focus is on building a forward-looking company through innovation, strategic partnerships, and customer-driven solutions. I believe that successful products are created by combining engineering excellence, international experience, and a clear understanding of market needs.
